How to use
- Let your foundation or concealer settle for a minute first.
- Press the puff lightly into the pan and tap off the excess on the back of your hand.
- Press, do not sweep, and only where skin shines: the sides of the nose, the center of the forehead, the chin.
- Under the eyes, use what is left on the puff rather than a fresh load.
- When the pan is finished, lift it out by the tab and click a refill pan into the same compact.
- Store below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of a hot car
- Keep caps and compacts closed, and never share lip or eye products
- Replace mascara and liquid liners three months after opening, everything else within twelve months
- Patch test a new complexion or lip product on the inner wrist a day before first use

Silica, Mica, Zinc Stearate, Dimethicone, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopherol. The tinted shades also contain Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).

Asked about Soft Focus Setting Powder
Why five tints instead of one translucent?
Because a pure white powder flashes back gray on deeper skin. Each tint is sheer enough to stay invisible and tinted enough not to leave a cast in a flash photo.
Which tint do I choose?
Go by your foundation depth. Fair for Lanternlight 100 and 110, Light-Medium for 130 to 230, Tan for 250 and 310, Deep for 330 and 350, Rich for 410 and 430.
Does it contain talc?
No. It is talc-free and fragrance-free. The base is silica and mica.
What if the pan arrives cracked?
Pressed powder travels badly, and we expect it. If the order has shipping protection, file the claim with a photo within 30 days of delivery. If it does not, write to us with a photo and we will make it right; you do not need to send the broken pan back.
How does the refill work?
Lift the empty pan out by its tab and press the new one in until it clicks. There is no glue and nothing to pry. The refill pan is $24 against $34 for a new compact.
Is it covered by the Shade Promise?
Yes. Setting powder is one of the five complexion products you can exchange once per order for another shade within 45 days. The compact itself is covered by the tools and cases warranty.
