We work with specialty beauty shops, salons, bridal and makeup studios, and working makeup artists. If your customers ask to see a shade in person, or your artists go through lipstick cases faster than you would like, this is the page to start from.
Pricing, pro-artist pricing, minimums, payment terms and tax exemption are set by our wholesale team, account by account. We do not publish a price list, and nobody at Lucerna will quote you one in a chat: the terms come to you in writing.

Your account is opened
You order through the wholesale portal, and each shipment comes with its invoice.
Worth knowing before you apply
- Refills are part of wholesale: a Velvet Verse refill twists into the case an artist already carries.
- Limited editions and collaborations are rarely offered to wholesale accounts.
- Reserving stock ahead of a restock, for example of the Glasslight Lip Oil, is a wholesale conversation, not a waitlist.
- Retail customers who buy from a stockist return to that stockist; Lumens and the Shade Promise apply to orders on this site.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimums come from our wholesale team with your quote. We will not give you a number here that might not hold for your business.
Can a first order be on net terms?
Payment terms are decided by the wholesale team for each account, and they come to you in writing to sign.

Use the form on our Contact page, choose Wholesale and give your business name. If it has been more than a few business days, that is too long, and we would rather hear about it.
