Track your order
Enter your order number and the email you ordered with. This page shows the carrier, the tracking number and every scan, from our fulfillment center to your door.
Reading the tracking
- Label created means the package is packed and waiting for the carrier to collect it.
- A day or two without a scan usually means the package is on a long leg between hubs, where nothing gets scanned.
- A scan in a hub farther from you is normal: packages move through sorting hubs, not in a straight line.
- Two tracking numbers on one order means part of it is a pre-order, which ships on its own date.
- No tracking at all on a pre-order is normal: it has not shipped yet.
Tracking questions
It says delivered and nothing is here.
Check with neighbors, a mailroom or a safe place. With shipping protection, a claim opens 5 days after delivery; without it, write to us.
It has not moved in a week.
Inside the US, a package counts as lost after 7 days without an update, and after 20 days internationally. Before that, the carrier is still expected to deliver it.
It is held in customs.
Customs sets its own timing and collects any duties at delivery. We can see what the carrier shows and nothing more.
I never got a shipping email.
