The Lucerna Vault
The Vault is a paid annual membership, separate from the free Lumens program. It is a perks plan, so nothing ships with it: you pay once a year and the perks apply whenever you are signed in at checkout.

Early access is access, not a reservation. A member can still miss a limited item that sells through, and we will never promise otherwise.
Getting in
- Through your account, or through the link in your Vault welcome email. The email link works once.
- A sign-in code by text message is available for US and Canadian numbers only; otherwise the code goes to your email.
Vault questions
Why was I charged $49?
That is the Vault renewing. It renews automatically once a year, on the anniversary of joining, and nothing ships with it.
How do I cancel?
Write to us; cancellation is handled by our team on request. Your perks run to the end of the year you have paid for.
My free shipping or member pricing did not apply.
Make sure you were signed in at checkout. If you were and it still did not apply, write to us and we will make it good as store credit.
Is the Vault the same as Lumens?
No. Lumens is free and earns on your orders. The Vault is paid and gives early access, free standard shipping and member pricing on sets. You can have both.
Is it the same as Auto-Replenish?
No. Auto-Replenish charges for each delivery of a product. The Vault charges once a year for perks.
Is there a members-only community?
No. The Lucerna Club is one group, free and open to everyone.
