These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lucerna store and any purchase you make from Lucerna Beauty, Inc. (Lucerna, we, us), a company based in Los Angeles, California. By using the store you agree to them.
This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel, and no orders are processed. Nothing on this site creates a contract of sale; these terms describe how the store would operate.
1. Who can use the store
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email and a one-time code; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for the activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Products, shades and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Color is a special case: every screen shows it differently, so a shade on your screen may not look the same on your skin. We photograph each shade under three lights to help, and the Shade Promise in our Refund Policy covers a complexion shade that turns out wrong. Shade recommendations from us or from the Shade Finder are starting points based on what you tell us, not guarantees of a match.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change. Shipping is shown at checkout; duties and import taxes outside the United States are collected by the destination country. Stock is shown per shade and is not reserved by adding an item to the cart or by joining a waitlist. We may limit quantities, including the limit of two per customer on a limited item on launch day.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud or bulk buying for resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it.
6. Pre-orders and limited editions
A pre-order is charged at purchase and ships on its release date. Limited editions and collaborations are made in fixed quantities and are not guaranteed to return. Early access for Lucerna Vault members is access, not a reservation.
7. Discount codes, gift cards and store credit
One discount code may be used per order; a creator code, a referral code and a Lumens reward code each count as that code. Codes do not apply to sale items or to limited-edition launches. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase, have no cash value and may be combined on one order. Store credit does not expire and is held per currency.
8. Auto-Replenish and the Lucerna Vault
Auto-Replenish charges your payment method for each delivery until you cancel, under the Auto-Replenish Policy. The Lucerna Vault is a paid annual membership that renews automatically on the anniversary of joining; it cannot be paused or skipped, and cancellation is handled by our team on request, with perks running to the end of the year paid for.
9. Lumens and referrals
Lumens have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire after 12 months without activity. We may correct Lumens earned in error or through abuse. Referral rewards are released after a review window and apply to a friend's first order only.
10. Returns
Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations and the warranty are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Using our products
Follow the directions on the packaging, including the patch test and the replacement dates. Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing we say is medical advice. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and see a doctor.
12. Reviews and content you post
When you post a review, you give us permission to display it in the store and in our marketing. Reviews are checked before they are published. Do not post personal information, content you do not have the right to share, or anything abusive.
13. Community
The Lucerna Club and the Lucerna Discord are run on third-party platforms and are subject to their terms as well as our house rules. They are not support channels.
14. Our content
The store, its text, photographs, shade names and designs belong to Lucerna or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
15. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, the store is provided as is, and our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you order applies to that order.
