Questions
One or two bristles in the first wash is normal for any new brush. Continued shedding under normal use is a warranty matter.
Shedding and ferrule failure under normal use, for one year from delivery. Claims are filed on the warranty page with a photo.
Yes. They are synthetic taklon, with no animal hair.
The brush gives the most coverage and uses the least product. A damp sponge gives a sheerer, more natural finish. Many people buff with the brush and press with the sponge.
Flat, with the head over the edge of a counter. Never standing in a cup.

Small circles and the foundation disappears into my skin. I use half as much product as with a sponge.

Sensitive skin
It does not scratch. It feels like pressing a cushion on my face.

Three or four bristles came out the first time I washed it, then nothing since. Four months in, it is holding up.

The head started wobbling at about seven months. The warranty replaced it without fuss, but I had been drying it upright, which I now know not to do.

Minimal routine
I use the edge for blush balm. One brush for the whole base.
