- Rates, approvals and product sent for content are decided by our partnerships team. Nobody else at Lucerna can promise a package or change a rate.
- Swatches must be shown as they are. If you edit color, say so.
- Collaborations on a product are by invitation.
Creator questions
My sale still says pending.
Each sale is pending for 10 days before it is approved.
A follower says my code did not work.
A code does not apply to sale items or limited-edition launches, and it is one code per order.
Can I be paid in store credit?
Payouts go through the method chosen in the portal and are separate from store credit.
