How to use
- Push a Velvet Verse refill into the case until it clicks.
- Twist the base to raise the bullet.
- Twist fully down before closing. The cap finds its place by magnet.
- Wipe the case with a dry cloth. Do not soak it.
- To change shade, twist down, pull the refill out and push another in.
- Store below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of a hot car
- Keep caps and compacts closed, and never share lip or eye products
- Replace mascara and liquid liners three months after opening, everything else within twelve months
- Patch test a new complexion or lip product on the inner wrist a day before first use

This is a case and contains no formula. Body: anodized aluminum. Cap: zinc alloy with a magnet. It ships empty; a Velvet Verse refill is sold separately.

Asked about Velvet Verse Refillable Case
Does it come with a lipstick?
No. The case ships empty. Every full Velvet Verse Lipstick already comes in its own case, so this one is for a second shade, a different finish of metal, or a gift.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. The tools and cases warranty covers the mechanism failing under normal use for one year from delivery: the twist, the click and the magnetic cap.
Can it be engraved?
Engraving is offered on launch weeks only. Outside those weeks the case ships plain.
Which finish hides scratches best?
Brushed Gold and Brushed Silver have a satin grain that hides everyday marks. Smoke shows them a little more.
Is the case worth it on its own?
A case and a refill together are $30, and a full lipstick, which already includes a case, is $24. So for a first Velvet Verse, the lipstick is the better buy; the separate case is for a second one in a finish you choose.
