How a launch works
It opens as a pre-order
Every launch and collaboration opens as a pre-order. You are charged when you buy.
Lucerna Vault members go first
Members get access 24 hours before the public launch. That is access, not a reservation: a member can still miss an item that sells through.
Two per customer
On launch day each customer can buy up to two of a limited item.
It ships on its own date
A pre-order ships as its own package on its release date. If your order also has in-stock items, those ship first, with their own tracking number.
Restock drops, then the end
Remaining stock is released in drops. After the final drop there is no guaranteed restock.
The rules, before you buy
- Discount codes do not apply to limited-edition launches, creator codes included. Gift cards and store credit do, because they are payment, not a discount.
- No tracking on a pre-order is normal: it has not shipped yet. The expected ship date is on your order and on the launches page.
- A pre-order line can be canceled on its own until it ships, and the charge for it is refunded.
- A launch-day pre-order cannot be swapped for a different limited item.
- A limited edition that has sold through is not held, reserved or promised back.
- Restock dates are shared only when they are confirmed. Launches and restocks are announced first on the Lucerna Discord.
Other limited editions
Not every limited edition is a collaboration. The Solstice Glow Liquid Highlighter is the summer edition, and the Glow Getter Holiday Vault is the fourth-quarter gift set, with pre-orders opening in October.
