Your friend orders
It has to be their first order with Lucerna.
Your reward is released
Seven days after the order, a $15 code is sent to your email.
The rules
- A first order only. Someone who has ordered before, even as a guest, counts as an existing customer.
- The friend's 15% code is a discount code: one per order, not on sale items or limited-edition launches.
- Your $15 reward is also a code and counts as the one code on the order you use it on.
- If the friend's order is canceled or returned inside the review window, the reward is not released.
- You cannot refer yourself.
Referral questions
My friend ordered four days ago and I have nothing yet.
That is expected. The reward is released once the order clears its 7-day review window, and it arrives by email as a code.
It has been more than seven days.
Then it should have arrived. Check your spam folder, and if it is not there, write to us: when a reward that qualified never arrived, we make it good.
My friend used the SAMPLE code and it did not work.
The SAMPLE on the page is a placeholder. The real code is issued when your friend opens your link.
Can my friend use my link and a creator code?
No. It is one code per order.
Is a referral the same as the creator program?
No. Referral is for customers sharing with friends. The creator and affiliate program pays a commission and has its own portal and application.
