What you can do in the portal

A change counts for the next delivery if you make it before that delivery's charge date, which the plan shows.
Auto-Replenish questions
Products are piling up.
Skip a delivery or two, or move to a longer frequency. You do not have to cancel for that.
I am traveling for a few months.
Pause the plan and resume it when you are back.
Is this the $49 charge on my card?
No. A $49 charge with nothing shipping is the Lucerna Vault, the yearly membership. An Auto-Replenish charge always has a delivery behind it.
I have a prepaid plan.
Canceling stops the renewal, and the deliveries already paid for still ship. Whether unshipped ones are refunded is decided by our team.
A delivery arrived that I did not want.
Send it back sealed through the returns portal within 30 days.
