The Lucerna Club, on Facebook
The Club is the main space: a Facebook group where members post looks and swatches and help each other choose shades. Two pinned threads do most of the work.
- Shade Check: where members post swatches and looks, usually with the shade they are wearing. Searching the thread for your depth and undertone, for example 250 O, is a quick way to find people with skin like yours.
- Questions: where members ask each other anything, from which red to buy to how to stop concealer from creasing.
To join, search Facebook for Lucerna Club and ask to join. The group asks a few join questions, and our community team approves each request by hand, so it is never instant. If your request has been waiting a while, write to us and we will pass it to the team.
The Lucerna Discord
The Discord is for live chat. Launches and restocks are announced there before anywhere else, so it is the place to be when a Glasslight shade comes back. The invite lets you straight in, with no approval step.

What the community is not
It is not a support channel. If you have a problem with an order, write to us directly and we will solve it there; a post in the group cannot see your order. And if you mention a reaction to a product in either space, expect a message from us: reports of reactions go to our product safety team first.
Community questions
Is there a separate group for Lucerna Vault members?
No. The Lucerna Club is one group, free and open to everyone, so Vault members are in the same one as everyone else.
Do I need to be a customer?
No. Both spaces are open to anyone.
Do I earn Lumens for posting?
No. There is no discount or reward tied to the community.
