How to use
- Curl your lashes first if you curl them. A tubing mascara holds a curl but does not create one.
- Wiggle the wand at the root, then comb through to the tip.
- Apply the second coat within a minute, before the first one sets. Once the tubes form, more product does not stick well.
- To remove, hold a warm, wet cotton pad or your wet fingertips on the lashes for twenty seconds, then slide down gently. The tubes come off whole.
- Replace it three months after opening.
- Store below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of a hot car
- Keep caps and compacts closed, and never share lip or eye products
- Replace mascara and liquid liners three months after opening, everything else within twelve months
- Patch test a new complexion or lip product on the inner wrist a day before first use

What is a tubing mascara?
Instead of painting the lash with pigment and wax, it forms a tiny flexible tube around each one. That is why it does not smudge or flake during the day, and why it comes off in little tubes rather than a gray smear.
How do I take it off?
Warm water and gentle pressure. Makeup remover is not needed; rubbing with a cleanser is actually less effective than soaking with warm water for a few seconds.
Those little black bits in the sink: is that my lashes?
No. Those are the tubes sliding off. They look like lashes and they are not.
Is it waterproof?
It is smudge-proof and water-resistant: rain, tears and oily lids do not move it. Warm water with pressure is what releases it, so a long hot shower will.
Which size should I buy?
The 4 ml travel size is for trying it or for a trip. The 10 ml is the better price per ml, $2.60 against $3.50, and lasts the three months a mascara should be kept.
Can I put it on Auto-Replenish?
Yes, at 10% off each delivery. Every 12 weeks matches the three-month replacement date printed on the tube.
Is it suitable for contact lens wearers?
Many of our customers who wear contacts choose it because it does not flake into the eye. We cannot clear it for your eyes; if they are sensitive, ask your eye doctor.
