How to use
- Twist your empty Velvet Verse all the way down.
- Pull the old base straight out of the case.
- Push the refill in until it clicks. Remove its paper collar.
- Twist up and use it as you would the lipstick.
- The empty base is aluminum; recycle it where metals are accepted.
- Store below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of a hot car
- Keep caps and compacts closed, and never share lip or eye products
- Replace mascara and liquid liners three months after opening, everything else within twelve months
- Patch test a new complexion or lip product on the inner wrist a day before first use

Asked about Velvet Verse Lipstick Refill
Will it fit my case?
It fits any Velvet Verse case: the one your lipstick came in, a case bought on its own, and the engraved cases from the holiday set and the Nightbloom trio.
How much less is it than a lipstick?
A refill is $16 and a new lipstick is $24: $8 less, exactly a third.
Are all the shades available?
All twenty-four core shades are sold as refills. The exclusive Nightbloom shade exists only in the Nightbloom Lip Trio.
Can I use it without a case?
No. The refill is a bullet on a base, with no cap. It needs a Velvet Verse case, which is sold on its own if you do not have one.
Can I return a refill?
Unopened, within 30 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken it is an opened lip product and cannot come back, unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
