- You must be signed in for account credit to show at checkout.
- Store credit is payment, not a discount: it works alongside a code and on limited-edition launches.
- Credit from a return can arrive as a code by email; it is also listed in the wallet.
- The Shade Match Duo code is not store credit. It is a one-time discount code toward a full-size foundation, with its own terms.
- A creator payout is separate from store credit and goes through the method chosen in the creator portal.

Is store credit the same as a gift card?
No. A gift card balance can be checked without signing in; store credit lives on your account.
Can I turn store credit back into a refund?
