Every ingredient, in plain words

The complete ingredient list of each formula is on its product page, under Full ingredients, and on its carton. This page explains the ingredients that appear most often, says which products are fragrance-free and which are vegan, and is honest about the claims we do not make.

Patch testing

  1. Apply a little

A small amount on the inner wrist.

  2. Wait a day

    Leave it for 24 hours.

  3. Read it

Redness, itching or swelling means the product is not for you.

We ask for a patch test before the first use of any new complexion or lip product, and it is printed on the carton of the Flare Plumping Gloss.

If you react to a product

Stop using it and rinse it off. See a doctor if it does not settle, and urgently if there is swelling near the eyes or the throat or your breathing is affected. Then write to us with the product, the shade and the batch code printed on the packaging: every report goes to our product safety team. We will not tell you which ingredient was responsible, because we cannot know that; we will give you the full list to take to your doctor. A product that caused a reaction is refundable even if it was opened.
