Questions
There are thirty-six steps, from 1.1, the lightest, to 9.4, the deepest. The first number is the depth family and the decimal is the step inside it. Odd decimals lean neutral-cool and even decimals lean neutral-warm, so each family has a lighter and a deeper shade in each lean.
The shade card on each concealer shade names its foundation match, and the Shade Library has the whole table. As an example, Lanternlight 210N matches 4.3 exactly, and 4.2 is its brightening shade, one step lighter.
Match exactly for covering spots, redness and anything on the rest of the face. Go one step lighter for brightening under the eye. Two steps lighter tends to look gray in daylight.
It is tested at eight hours under the eye. It resists creasing; no concealer is immune to it. A thin layer, thirty seconds to set and a light press of powder give you the best chance.
Yes. Concealer is one of the five complexion products it covers: one free exchange per order for another shade, within 45 days, even lightly used.
Yes. Over bare skin or over the Dewlight Skin Tint, choose the exact match rather than the brightening shade, so it disappears into your skin.

Shade 7.4 · Deep skin, neutral undertone
I wear 350N in the foundation and the page told me 8.1 to match and 7.4 to brighten. Both were right. I have never bought a concealer online without returning it before.

Shade 1.2 · Fair skin, neutral undertone
I am forty-six and most concealers are in the creases by eleven. This one is still where I put it at five. Thin layer, wait, tap.

Shade 4.1 · Light to medium skin, olive undertone
I ordered two steps lighter out of habit and it looked ashy outdoors. Exchanged for one step lighter and it is exactly right. The page does say this.

Shade 5.2 · Medium skin, warm undertone
The exact match shade over a blemish disappears completely. I keep the brightening one for under my eyes and the match for everything else.

Shade 2.1 · Fair to light skin, cool undertone
Coverage is great and the shade is right. On my very dry under-eye area it looks a little flat by the evening unless I put eye cream on first. With eye cream, four stars.

Shade 9.3 · Rich skin, warm undertone
Brightening shades on deep skin usually turn gray or orange. 9.3 just looks like light on my face.

Shade 3.2 · Light skin, neutral undertone
You need very little. I am four months into daily use and it is still going.

Shade 4.3 · Light to medium skin, neutral undertone
I use the exact match under my brow and around my lip line. Sharp, clean, and it stays.

Shade 6.4 · Tan skin, warm undertone
Lovely formula. The doe-foot comes out loaded, so I wipe it on the rim first. Minor.
