1. What Auto-Replenish is
Auto-Replenish ships a product to you on a schedule you choose and charges your payment method for each delivery. It is Lucerna's subscription: a charge always has a delivery behind it. It is separate from the Lucerna Vault, which is a paid annual membership for perks and ships nothing.

3. The saving
Each Auto-Replenish delivery is 10% off the one-time price. The saving is on the plan deliveries only; it does not apply to other items in an order or to one-time purchases.
4. Frequency
Deliveries can be set every 4, 8, 12 or 16 weeks. The default is 12 weeks, about every three months, which matches the replacement date printed on mascara and sponges.
5. Managing your plan
Everything is self-serve in the Auto-Replenish portal. You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email; there is no password.
- Skip a delivery, or reschedule the next one.
- Pause the plan and resume it later.
- Change the frequency or the shade.
- Send the next delivery now.
- Add or remove a product.
- Cancel, and reactivate later if you change your mind.
A change counts for the next delivery if it is made before that delivery's charge date, which your plan shows.
6. Billing and failed payments
Each delivery is charged on its charge date. If a payment fails, update your card in the portal and the delivery retries on its own. We never collect a card in chat or by email.
7. Price changes
Auto-Replenish prices are not locked. A price change is announced by email before the delivery it applies to.
8. Canceling
You can cancel at any time in the portal. If deliveries are piling up, skipping one or changing the frequency is also there; the choice is yours.
9. Prepaid plans
A prepaid plan works differently. Canceling stops the renewal, and the deliveries already paid for still ship. Whether unshipped prepaid deliveries are refunded is decided by our team.
10. Returns and refunds
A delivery you did not want can be sent back sealed through the returns portal within 30 days. Any refund or reversal on an Auto-Replenish charge is handled by our team.
11. Lumens and the Vault
Auto-Replenish deliveries on your account earn 5 Lumens per dollar when they ship. How each delivery is charged for shipping shows on your plan in the portal.
12. Demonstration store
This is a demonstration store operated by Razviel, and no orders are processed. No plan can be started, changed or charged here; the Auto-Replenish controls in the sample account are saved in your browser only.
