How to use
- Curl before mascara, never after: mascara makes lashes brittle in a curler.
- Open the curler and place the lashes between the pad and the bar, as close to the root as is comfortable.
- Press softly at the root for three seconds.
- Move to the middle of the lash and press again, then once more nearer the tip. Three soft presses, not one hard clamp.
- Wipe the pad after use and replace it every three months.
- Store below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of a hot car
- Keep caps and compacts closed, and never share lip or eye products
- Replace mascara and liquid liners three months after opening, everything else within twelve months
- Patch test a new complexion or lip product on the inner wrist a day before first use

Asked about Contour Lash Curler
Will it fit my eye shape?
The arc is wider and a little flatter than a standard curler, which suits flatter lid shapes and still works on rounder ones. It fits most eye shapes; no single curler fits all of them.
How often do I change the pad?
Every three months, or as soon as you see a groove in it. Two spare pads are in the box.
What does the warranty cover?
The hinge and the spring failing under normal use, for one year from delivery. Pads are consumables.
Does it pinch?
Not if the pad is in good condition and you press softly. A grooved pad is what pinches and cuts lashes.
Can I heat it?
We do not recommend it. A soft triple press gives a curl that holds without heat.
