How to use
- Start with the lightest matte all over the lid as a base.
- Blend a mid-tone matte into the crease with a fluffy brush, in small windshield-wiper strokes.
- Pat a satin onto the center of the lid. Pat, do not swipe.
- Press a metallic over the satin with a fingertip; the warmth of the finger makes it adhere.
- The two pressed pigments in each palette are marked on the carton and are not for the lip.
- Store below 30 °C, away from direct sunlight and out of a hot car
- Keep caps and compacts closed, and never share lip or eye products
- Replace mascara and liquid liners three months after opening, everything else within twelve months
- Patch test a new complexion or lip product on the inner wrist a day before first use

Asked about Afterglow Eyeshadow Palette
What is the difference between the three editions?
Dusk is warm neutrals, Ember is red-bronze and Tidepool is cool tones. Each has twelve shades: six mattes, four satins and two metallics.
What are the pressed pigments?
Two shades in each palette are pressed pigments, which are more intense than a standard eyeshadow. The carton marks which two, and they are for the eye area only, not the lip.
Will it survive shipping?
The pans are pressed into a cushioned tray for that reason, and most arrive intact. If a pan does shatter in transit, it is claimed with a photo: through shipping protection if the order has it, or by writing to us if it does not.
Does it contain talc?
No. The base is silica and boron nitride. It is fragrance-free.
Can I return it if I have used it?
An opened eye product cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong, or caused a reaction. Unopened, it can come back within 30 days.
Which brushes do I need?
Five do everything a palette needs: a shader, a blender, a crease brush, a smudger and an angled liner. That is exactly what the Essential Eye Brush Set contains.

Metallics need a finger
With a brush the two metallics barely show and there is some fallout. With a fingertip they are gorgeous. I wish they worked with a brush too.
